Hello everyone!
Can you envision, embrace and enhance the awe of your best, unique, personal self? I will help guide and support you towards positive behavioral and healthy lifestyle changes, ultimately improving every other aspect of your life.
I am a NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) Certified Personal Trainer and Lifestyle & Fitness Coach, providing 1:1 and small group coaching via online and in-person training programs. I will tailor a personalized nutritional and fitness program specifically designed to meet your individual needs and goals.
My background and experience in business, marketing and corporate fashion has inspired me to work with many individuals from the inside out. My education and career in New York City has taught me to work with a diverse group of people, including a network of celebrity stylists and clients. Planning and executing events on a large scale has also been within the scope of my expertise.
The sudden loss of my father due to a heart attack in February 2020 led me to desiring to help individuals live and strive towards a healthier quality and quantity of life.
Growing up, I always enjoyed being active as I started off dancing at a young age and eventually got into competitive cheerleading as I got older. During my high school years, I was introduced to the gym, became greatly inspired and realized that cultivating healthy habits and a positive self takes hard work and perseverance.
After many trials, errors and being stuck in the all or nothing mindset for years, I was finally able to help settle myself into a healthier, less extreme and better-balanced routine. I learned that our physical health is just as important as our emotional health, and when I finally started to take care of both is also when I finally started to see the permanent changes in my aesthetic that I had been yearning for.
Now I teach individuals how to let go of the perfectionistic mindset while still reaching their health and fitness goals. I provide a high level of coaching and accountability to each of my clients and each program is tailored to their lifestyle and body type.
My method is called the 360-Degree Approach because it encompasses ALL aspects to ensure that you are not just living a healthy life on the outside, but you are also embodying it on the inside as well!
